He specializes in working with business owners to improve their business valuation and prepare for the eventual exit. He also specializes in guiding pre-retirees and retirees through tax-efficient retirement income distribution strategies, wealth management, and insurance planning. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Business Management and has since earned multiple industry designations throughout his career. This tournament raises money yearly for “BRIDGE for Community Life,” a local non-profit based in Hudson, which provides local community-based life skills training, employment services, and social and recreational programs for youth and adults with disabilities. Prior to joining Landmark Wealth Management, which was acquired by Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2024, Todd served as an assistant vice president at Lutheran Brotherhood’s corporate office, helping representatives across the country with advanced estate and charitable planning strategies. Todd is also a popular speaker, giving hundreds of presentations over the years to community groups, churches, and pre-retiree audiences, and he is also active in his Hudson, WI community, having served as a board member and president of the St. Croix Valley Foundation, the Phipps Center for the Arts, and the Hudson YMCA. He has earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Gustavus Adolphus College and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. Kim Masanz has nearly 20 years of operational and administrative experience and is the Office Manager for the Beacon Pointe Hudson, WI office. Kim is responsible for various tasks to support the advisory team and ensure a smooth office operation and an elevated client experience for clients. Kim is passionate about giving back and helping others. She coordinates the Tools for School event for the River Falls community, giving school supplies to around 400 students in need each year. Outside of the office, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and their two sons, Jaxson and Landin.
