2025 ‘Chief Executive of the Year’ Winner – We are excited to announce that Beacon Pointe Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder Shannon Eusey is the winner of the 2025 Wealthies ‘Chief Executive of the Year’ ($25Bn+ AUM) award category. Out of eight finalists, Shannon was chosen for her courage, vision, integrity, and high performance in leading Beacon Pointe through new challenges and opportunities.
2022 ‘Chief Executive of the Year’ Finalist – For a second consecutive year, Beacon Pointe CEO Shannon Eusey has been recognized by WealthManagement.com for her outstanding leadership as Beacon Pointe’s Chief Executive Officer. Founding Beacon Pointe in 2002 with one office and zero assets under management, Shannon has led the firm to over $25 billion in assets under advisement, with 45+ offices, in just over two decades.

2022 ‘M&A Leader of the Year’ Winner – Out of nearly 1,000 nominations and 8 competing finalists for the category, we are excited to share that Beacon Pointe President, Matt Cooper, earned winning recognition as the ‘M&A Leader of the Year.’ Matt Cooper is a 3x finalist for the ‘M&A Leader of the Year’ category and is the mastermind behind Beacon Pointe’s merger and acquisition efforts. In 2021 alone, Matt Cooper and the greater Beacon Pointe M&A team contributed to the surge of Beacon Pointe’s AUM through the successful completion of 14 RIA acquisitions, representing approximately $7 billion in client assets under management. Matt and team complete acquisitions with like-minded RIAs looking to enhance their service offerings for clients, create value, drive growth, and build a succession plan that provides ongoing opportunities for business owners, their clients, and their teams.

2025 ‘Chief Marketing Officer of the Year’ Finalist – Beacon Pointe is proud to announce that Chief Marketing Officer Allison (Alli) Warner has been named as a finalist for the 2025 Wealthies ‘Chief Marketing Officer of the Year’ award category. With over 15 years of experience at Beacon Pointe, Alli has driven the marketing department forward, expanding its efforts and reach. She runs the marketing program with innovative strategies and thoughtful campaigns to enhance the Beacon Pointe brand. Through a multi-faceted approach, Alli helps develop marketing initiatives, including but not limited to national communications, brand management, marketing material design, digital marketing, content production and management, event coordination, presentation development, website oversight, M&A brand integrations, and is the internal and external point of contact for all marketing efforts throughout the firm.

2021 ‘Chief Technology Officer of the Year’ Winner – David Le, Beacon Pointe’s Chief Technology Officer, was named ‘Chief Technology Officer of the Year’ by WealthManagement.com in their inaugural Wealthies awards. David was among three finalists for the prestigious industry recognition and was deemed the winner after successfully navigating a tumultuous year in technology as the world transitioned to a broader digital lifestyle following the Covid-19 pandemic. David Le is responsible for the Beacon Pointe technology strategy, architecture, and cybersecurity. Concurrent to his CTO role, David is a Certified Financial Planner™ and serves as a wealth advisor for a select group of high-net-worth clients, which is unique to CTOs in the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) space, as he has a true advisory aptitude and understanding of the technological needs and desires of both clients and advisors.
