David Le, CFP®

David Le serves as the Head of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure at Beacon Pointe and is responsible for the firm’s technology strategy and architecture, including the development of shared application platforms and services used by all teams throughout the company. David has more than 15 years of experience in technology, with expertise in building and developing enterprise systems. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, he worked at the Irvine Ranch Water District, where he spent 7 years in various technical and management roles overseeing their Enterprise Resource & Planning (ERP) and Geographic Information System (GIS) systems. In 2021, David was named Chief Technology Officer of the Year for individual RIA firm leaders by Wealthmanagement.com. Concurrent to his role, David is also a Wealth Advisor in Beacon Pointe’s Private Client Services Group and is dedicated to providing his clients with individually tailored solutions and strives to achieve the optimal alignment between their wealth, values, and goals. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. David earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside. He has been a guest lecturer at The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. In his free time, David enjoys trying new types of food, perfecting his cooking skills, and cycling.
