Scott Moser, CPA, MST, PFS
Partner, Managing Director
Scott is a Partner and Managing Director in the Beacon Pointe Bellevue, Washington office, bringing over 30 years of experience in public accounting and two decades of investment management expertise. He works closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, delivering integrated wealth and tax planning solutions designed to simplify complexity and align financial strategies with long-term goals. Scott has a deep understanding of the intersection between tax efficiency and wealth accumulation, particularly in the areas of business, investment, and estate planning.
He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA). Scott also serves on the AICPA’s Personal Financial Planning Committee, reflecting his commitment to advancing excellence and thought leadership in the field.
Scott founded and led Moser Wealth Advisors, which joined Beacon Pointe in 2025, as well as Moser & Company CPAs. He is a recognized leader in the Bellevue financial community and remains actively involved in both professional and local nonprofit organizations. Scott holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University and a M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Personal Financial Specialist. Outside of the office, Scott enjoys skiing, mountain biking, golfing, wakeboarding, and coaching youth baseball. He is also a proud Husky Band alumnus.

Heide Burroughs
Associate Wealth Advisor
Heide is an Associate Wealth Advisor in the Beacon Pointe Bellevue, Washington office, bringing extensive experience in financial services, supporting clients in the areas of tax accounting, wealth management, and compliance. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the 2025 acquisition of Moser Wealth Advisors, Heide rejoined Moser after nearly two decades away. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer for a Denver-based fixed-income advisory firm, where she managed hedge funds and separately managed accounts, developing deep expertise in financial management and compliance oversight. Heide holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. She resides in Colorado, where she enjoys skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and cycling, sailing, and kayaking during the summer months.

Bhavna Maheshwari, CPA
Tax Advisor
Bhavna is a Tax Advisor in the Beacon Pointe Bellevue, Washington office, with over 18 years of experience in public accounting and tax services. She specializes in advanced tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, bringing extensive expertise in reviewing and preparing complex individual and business federal and state tax returns, tax projections, tax research, and resolving IRS and state notices. She joined Beacon Pointe in 2025 through the acquisition of Moser Wealth Advisors, where she previously served as a Tax Manager, and she gained additional experience as a senior tax accountant at regional CPA firms and as a senior accountant at a large packaging company. A Washington-licensed Certified Public Accountant, she is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality service and works closely with clients and their financial advisors to achieve tailored solutions. Outside of the office, Bhavna enjoys painting, hiking, and experimenting with new recipes and crafts, pursuits that reflect her creativity and curiosity in both her personal and professional life.
Brenda Guerrero
Staff Accountant
Brenda is a Staff Accountant in the Beacon Pointe Bellevue, Washington office, supporting the firm’s accounting and tax functions. She has over 15 years of experience in individual income tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and small business financial services. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the acquisition of Moser Wealth Advisors in 2025, Brenda ran her own tax practice and held roles in both credit counseling and financial education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Outside of the office, Brenda enjoys handcrafting, hosting friends and family, traveling, and watching documentaries.
Kali Cousens
Staff Accountant
Kali is a Staff Accountant in the Beacon Pointe Bellevue, Washington office, and she brings over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in payroll, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, benefits administration, and inter-company accounting. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the acquisition of Moser Wealth Advisors in 2025, Kali worked for a multi-state contractor overseeing financial operations across Washington and Oregon. Outside of the office, she enjoys an active lifestyle, including mountain biking, hiking, golfing, and snowboarding. She also appreciates quieter moments indoors with her family, playing games, singing karaoke, solving puzzles, or knitting.
Stephanie Salmon, CPA
Senior Tax Advisor
Stephanie is a Senior Tax Advisor in the Beacon Pointe Bellevue, Washington office, where she supports high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners with advanced tax planning, real estate transactions, and financial reporting. With over three decades of experience, she is dedicated to identifying tax-saving opportunities and tailoring accounting strategies that align with each client’s goals. Stephanie began her career as an auditor and tax preparer before joining Moser Wealth Advisors in 1991, which later merged with Beacon Pointe in 2025. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Washington state and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Abilene Christian University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Washington Society of CPAs (WSCPA). Outside of the office, Stephanie can be found supporting her four children and husband’s many sporting endeavors or playing with the many animals on Lisa’s mini-ranch. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family golfing, hiking, and traveling.

Hannah Cousens
Office Manager
Hannah is an Office Manager in the Beacon Pointe Bellevue, Washington office, supporting the team across a variety of operational and client service functions. She assists with both accounting, tax, and investment-related responsibilities to help ensure seamless support for both clients and advisors. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the acquisition of Moser Wealth Advisors in 2025, Hannah worked in property management, where she gained experience in client relations and financial operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Full Sail University. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs, writing, and connecting with family.
Meg Pickle
Operations Manager
Meg is an Operations Manager in the Beacon Pointe Bellevue, Washington office. With more than 25 years of experience, she oversees day-to-day operations and internal processes to ensure the office runs efficiently and delivers exceptional client service. Her role supports the firm’s tax, financial planning, and investment management efforts, contributing to a strong, service-focused culture. Prior to her role as Office Manager for Moser Wealth Advisors (which was acquired by Beacon Pointe in 2025), she was the Circulation Director for the Pacific Northwest Magazine for many years, and a Customer Service Representative for a year-round resort in Northern Idaho. Meg earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, and outside of the office, she enjoys gardening, running, skiing, and spending time with family.
