Wendy Kim

Wendy is the Director of Operations at Beacon Pointe Advisors, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in operations leadership, client service, technology, process improvement, training, onboarding, and strategic implementation.

As Director of Operations, Wendy provides strategic leadership for operational initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional client experience. She is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, establishing firm-wide policies and best practices, optimizing business processes, and leading technology adoption to improve productivity and service delivery.

Wendy oversees and mentors operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating standardized and scalable solutions, and leveraging technology to enhance both the employee and client experience.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys cooking, painting, crafting, reading, and spending quality time with her family, especially her two beloved pups, Muffin and Biscuit.
