Leilah Roche

Leilah is a Senior Operations Associate based in the Beacon Pointe San Diego, CA office. She brings a compassionate, highly organized approach to her work and has focused her career on supporting wealth management operations. Leilah takes pride in collaborating with advisors and team members to help clients navigate their financial lives and make informed decisions. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the 2026 acquisition of WorthPointe, Leilah was a member of the Operations Team. She initially joined WorthPointe in 2011 and returned in 2018, bringing valuable institutional knowledge and a continued commitment to supporting clients and colleagues. Outside the office, Leilah enjoys spending time with her husband, their three daughters, and their dog, Cali. She also enjoys working out at the gym, walking, and visiting her daughters whenever possible.
