Kylie Pool

Kylie is a Client Service Associate based in the Beacon Pointe Tyler, TX office, bringing more than 13 years of banking experience in client service, relationship management, and branch leadership. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, she began her career as a teller and advanced to Branch Manager, developing a strong foundation in financial services and a commitment to attentive, personalized support. Kylie takes a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to her work and enjoys building lasting connections while helping clients feel supported throughout their financial journeys. She earned a degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Outside the office, Kylie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Most weekends, she can be found cheering on her daughter at the softball field or baking at home.
