Katie Cullen, CFP®

Katie Cullen is the Chief Growth and Integration Officer, working across Beacon Pointe Advisors’ Practice Management, M&A, and Strategic Integration teams, bringing more than 20 years of financial services experience and expertise in strategic execution, executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational growth. She helps align leaders around a shared vision, translate strategic priorities into action, and support teams as they grow and integrate across the organization.

Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Katie led BlackRock Business Consulting, where she advised financial services executives and growth-focused advisors on strategy, business performance, leadership development, and serving high-net-worth clients. Previously, she held senior strategy and innovation roles within the registered investment advisor industry and at Schwab Advisor Services.

Katie served 11 years as a Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, an experience that shaped her collaborative approach to leadership, resilience, teamwork, and organizational growth. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Japanese from the University of Minnesota.
