Janet Tarasiewicz

Janet is an Operations Associate based in the Beacon Pointe San Diego, CA office. She supports the team’s operational workflow through database management, account rebalancing, and day-to-day assistance for advisors. Janet brings a highly analytical and organized approach to her work and enjoys developing processes that help offices and teams operate efficiently. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the 2026 acquisition of WorthPointe, Janet provided operational support for the San Diego office. She joined WorthPointe after transitioning from the lending industry to investment management, drawn to the firm’s independent approach, client-focused culture, and thoughtful investment strategies. Growing up in a military family and attending American International Schools across Japan, Korea, and Okinawa, Janet developed an early love of exploration and an appreciation for new cultures. Outside the office, she loves quality time with her family, traveling, gardening, and pursuing creative hands-on projects.
