Emily Weingarth

As the Manager of Advisor Recruiting, Emily partners with firm leadership to attract and transition experienced financial advisors to the firm. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Emily held senior talent acquisition roles at Wealth Enhancement Group and Ameriprise Financial. Her experience across diverse wealth management business models gives her a unique understanding of advisors’ evolving needs and a passion for helping them explore opportunities aligned with their professional and personal goals. Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the University of North Dakota. Based in Plymouth, Minnesota, Emily enjoys traveling with her husband, taking group fitness classes, experimenting with sourdough recipes, and spending time with her mini Goldendoodle, Rudy.
