Darren Hem, CFP®, CFA

Darren is a Financial Planner at Beacon Pointe Advisors, where he is responsible for creating personalized wealth strategies to help clients meet their unique financial and tax-planning goals. Darren holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. Darren’s experience in the financial industry enables him to provide a holistic approach to financial planning for clients. Prior to Beacon Pointe, he worked at several large financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, EP Wealth Advisors, and Capital Group, where he held positions responsible for financial planning, investment management, institutional advisory, and more. Outside of work, he and his wife, Hana, love to travel the world, and if staying local, they love taking their dog, Benny, to the beach.
