Charolette Sandel

Charolette is a Client Service Manager based in the Beacon Pointe Allen, TX office, bringing more than 20 years of financial services experience working with clients across the public and private sectors. She applies a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to managing complex client service matters that require accurate and timely attention. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the 2026 acquisition of ACT Wealth Management, Charolette served as Director of Operations at the firm, where she oversaw client-facing operational needs and supported the firm’s broader service efforts. Before joining ACT Wealth Management in 2018, she held positions with established financial planning firms and worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, building lasting relationships with clients and business leaders. A native Texan, Charolette was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
