Casey Paton is a Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor in the Beacon Pointe Boston office, specializing in customized financial advice, portfolio management, and crafting personal recommendations for successful individuals and their families.
By fully understanding the unique situation of each individual and their family, Casey develops and implements sophisticated, yet flexible, plans to help his clients achieve their financial goals. The opportunity to partner with families on such an important part of their life’s journey is what motivates him each day.
Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Casey spent over twenty years working in institutional finance and private wealth management. His career started in Boston, followed by a six-year move to New York City, before returning to New England with his growing family. Casey has spent a significant portion of his career working for major financial institutions including State Street Global Advisors, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Silicon Valley Private Bank, and First Citizens Wealth. His personal investment experience ranges from building cost-efficient investment portfolios to trading individual stocks and bonds to investing in real estate and private placements.
Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University and a master’s degree in finance from Boston College. He currently holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.
In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities as a wealth advisor, Casey has been on several boards of non-profit organizations. His most recent board role was with Ukulele Kids Club, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide musical instruments to kids at various hospitals across the country.
Casey currently resides in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, with his wife and two boys. When he’s not in the office, you’ll generally find him out coaching youth sports around Boston. Every summer he looks forward to vacationing on the North Fork of Long Island, and while maybe not as fast as his younger days, he remains an active runner. Casey is an avid baseball and music fan, and over the years he’s managed to build quite an extensive baseball card and vinyl record collection.
