Brittney brings a strategic, relationship-first approach to recruiting, grounded in a deep understanding of the wealth management industry and a genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. Known for her strategic mindset and genuine, people-first approach, Brittney believes great recruiting is about more than filling roles — it’s about building lasting partnerships that help both advisors and firms thrive. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a master’s degree in data analytics from Texas A&M University. She brings an analytical lens to her work in talent strategy. Brittney is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and spends her free time with family in Mississippi and New York.
