Ami Murofushi

Ami is an Operations Associate based in the Beacon Pointe San Diego, CA office. She supports the team’s day-to-day operations and helps ensure essential functions involving billing, trading, and client service are completed efficiently and accurately. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the 2026 acquisition of WorthPointe, Ami served as an Operations Support Specialist in their La Jolla office, where she played an integral role in maintaining smooth and consistent operations. Ami spent ten years in retail management and five years as a corporate buyer responsible for budgeting, experiences that strengthened her organizational, financial, and client service skills. Outside the office, Ami has four children, four grandchildren, and serves on two nonprofits (President of her local Little League and a board member of BackCountry Heroes). Giving back to the community is something she is very passionate about. When she is not giving back, she is front row at her youngest son’s baseball games.
