Allison Blake, CM & AA

Allison is a Partner, Transition Support Manager based in the Beacon Pointe San Diego, CA office, bringing more than two decades of experience in finance, business, and organizational operations. She supports the firm’s daily and long-term operational needs by maintaining close communication with team members and leadership, anticipating resource needs, and fostering a collaborative, trusting work environment. Allison also has extensive experience overseeing human resources functions, including resource planning, recruiting, hiring, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the 2026 acquisition of WorthPointe, Allison joined WorthPointe in 2007 and played an integral role in the firm’s growth and ongoing operations. Beyond her professional work, she volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House and San Diego County 4H. Outside the office, Allison enjoys cooking for her husband and children, taking on home improvement projects, and caring for her family’s many animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and cattle.
