Each year, Beacon Pointe hosts a National Advisor Summit, bringing together firm leadership, advisors, and the broader network of organizations that support our team. A new award introduced for 2025, the “Beacon of Excellence” Award is modeled after Beacon Pointe founder, Shannon Eusey, and her dedication to leading with excellence. This award recognizes an individual who consistently goes above and beyond without ever seeking the spotlight. They are the person who says “yes” before others even finish the question—always ready to help, always willing to jump in, and always committed to doing what’s best for the team. Their dedication to the firm, their reliability, and their unwavering support makes them an invaluable asset to everyone around them.
