Eileen is a Partner and Managing Director in the Beacon Pointe Falls Church, VA office. Eileen works closely with clients to provide holistic, comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions, and she is passionate about changing the outcome of her clients’ lives by helping them make smart decisions about money. She founded Hemington Wealth Management, which joined Beacon Pointe in 2025, and brings over 35 years of experience in financial services. She specializes in advising highly successful executives, while her other role as wife and mother of 5 means she understands the importance of holistic planning for the family. Eileen is a speaker and writer on various wealth management issues, particularly those affecting women of wealth. She has co-authored several studies on women and money and is committed to raising the bar for women investors.

Eileen earned an MBA from Harvard University, a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia, and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional. Recognized as a leader in the industry, she was named an Investment News “Woman to Watch” in 2016 and, in 2023, entered the Washingtonian Magazine Advisor Hall of Fame, honoring the region’s top advisors and financial professionals consistently ranked among the best by their peers. Recognized for her leadership and excellence in wealth management, Eileen was named to the Forbes Top Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisors list in 2026.

Outside of the office, Eileen is active in the Harvard Business School Women’s Circle and the Beacon Pointe Women’s Advisory Institute. She resides in Great Falls, Virginia, with her husband and five children. In her spare time, Eileen enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering on her favorite college lacrosse and football teams.
