Erik Gerlitz, CFA®
Senior Associate Wealth Advisor
Erik is a Senior Associate Wealth Advisor in the Beacon Pointe Indianapolis, IN office and is responsible for partnering with Beacon Pointe’s investment and financial planning teams to provide the firm’s clients with a personalized wealth management experience. His duties include client services, investment and tax strategy implementation, and portfolio performance reporting. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Erik worked as an investment analyst with 1st Source Bank, where he aided the group in investment research, portfolio management, trading, and reporting. Erik is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and is zealous about providing excellent customer service and helping each client reach their own personal financial goals.
Evan Davies
Associate Wealth Advisor
Evan is an Associate Wealth Advisor in the Beacon Pointe Indianapolis, IN office and is responsible for partnering with Beacon Pointe’s investment and financial planning teams to provide the firm’s clients with a personalized wealth management experience. His duties include investment strategy implementation, asset allocation modeling, portfolio performance reporting, and client services. Evan is passionate about helping families and individuals achieve financial freedom and their life goals. Each client is unique in their needs as they navigate their investment, retirement, charitable, and legacy goals, and Evan loves working on a fiduciary basis with clients, hearing their stories, and helping them build a financial plan that works for them. Prior to Beacon Pointe, Evan spent several years as a Financial Advisor with Prudential. Evan is also passionate about giving back to the community, including coaching youth basketball.
Tom Behr, CFP®
Managing Director
Tom is a Managing Director in Beacon Pointe’s Indianapolis office. Tom is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and brings 30 years of experience in working with clients to help them achieve their investment, retirement, estate and charitable objectives. Tom is passionate about working with both pre-retirement clients and retired clients in navigating an ever-changing financial and tax landscape and in helping them to build a financial plan that works for them. Prior to Beacon Pointe, Tom was the president of First Western Trust Bank in Northern Colorado where he spent the past 20 years building long-term, fiduciary-based relationships with clients. His non-profit involvement includes serving on the Board of Trustees for the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, participating in the Parish Finance & School Advisory Council for St. Joseph Catholic Church, and acting as a Trustee of Bas Bleu Theatre. Tom resides in Indianapolis with his wife and four sons. In his free time, Tom is looking forward to getting involved in the local community.
