Human Options is an Orange County, CA based nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence. The organization provides emergency and short-term housing for abused women, their children, and families. They also provide in-house counseling and legal advocacy programs to all of these families.
Our employees spent the afternoon at the Human Options Second Step transitional housing facility re-organizing and cleaning up multiple storage units where all home essentials for each unit are kept. Some team members made a herb and tomato garden for the complex and also took the time to play basketball and read books to the children living in the complex. Needless to say, our Beacon Pointe team had a great time helping out this important organization. Beacon Pointe is very grateful for the opportunity to work with Human Options and learn more about their mission.
