Alisha is a partner and managing director of Beacon Pointe’s Fort Worth office.  Prior to joining Beacon Pointe Advisors, Alisha was a senior financial advisor with Rosenthal Retirement Planning for over 12 years.  Prior to joining the Rosenthal team in 2006, Alisha held positions in the staffing industry as well as the financial services industry. Alisha has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) certification and the Certified Retirement Counselor certification, and she received her degree in English from the University of Texas at Austin. She has served as a volunteer with the Junior League of Fort Worth, an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.  Additionally, through her passion to help and support women, Alisha is an active member of the Beacon Pointe Women’s Advisory Institute.  Alisha, a lifelong Texas native, was born and raised in Houston and relocated to Fort Worth in 2006. In addition to advising clients, Alisha enjoys spending time with her husband, Burk, their two rescue dogs, Stanley and Cleo, as well as traveling, exercising, playing the piano, and has most recently taken up golf.
