In 2014, Beacon Pointe unveiled an innovative ‘Paid Day of Service’ program allowing employees to dedicate their time to volunteer with a favorite charity or nonprofit organization of their choice while receiving a full day of compensation. This initiative embodies the essence of the “S” in our company’s core values: Family-oriented, Ambitious, Collaborative, Entrepreneurial, and Service-minded. The Beacon Pointe Paid Day of Service initiative served as a catalyst for our teams to come together, not only to make a difference but also to strengthen bonds and foster a sense of camaraderie in the workplace. Our teams embraced community service spirit by participating in various volunteer events across the country.
Throughout 2023, our team members enthusiastically rolled up their sleeves and dedicated their time to a diverse range of causes and organizations:
Our Arizona offices participated in three impactful volunteering events throughout the year. They kicked off their efforts with the Annual Run for the Pat Tillman Foundation, honoring the legacy of a true American hero, Pat Tillman, and supporting educational opportunities for veterans and their spouses. During the holiday season, they joined forces with the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots program, spreading joy and making a difference in the lives of children in need. Additionally, their commitment to environmental stewardship was in full effect as they engaged in their tri-annual ‘Adopt-a-Road’ Clean Up, demonstrating their passion for preserving the beauty of their local community.

In our Newport Beach office, several of our dedicated team members rallied together to support Project Hope Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to ending the cycle of homelessness. Just in time for the holidays, the Newport Beach crew organized essential items in their warehouse, helping to make the season of giving brighter for those in need.
Our Denver team extended a helping hand to the Humane Society of South Platte Valley, embodying their shared mission to be a leader in saving lives and serving communities. Through their dedication, they advocate for the welfare of our furry friends, work tirelessly to find loving homes for animals, and facilitate the heartwarming reunion of families with their beloved pets.
Our Sarasota team’s annual US Marine Corps Toys for Tots client event brought smiles to children’s faces, while also spreading awareness about the importance of giving back to the community.
Former Louisiana State University football star and Beacon Pointe Associate, Evan Francioni, proudly represented our New Orleans office by inspiring young minds at ElevateNext Basketball Training, a local children’s summer camp motivating youth to pursue their passions, lean on loved ones, persevere through challenges, and excel academically.
In Boston, our team made a significant impact through two volunteer events. At the 33rd Annual Rodman for Kids race, team members turned a challenging cycling event into a fundraising powerhouse, generating over $25,000 to support youth programs. They also lent a helping hand at Drumlin Farm’s second annual volunteer event, harvesting vegetables and supporting sustainable farming practices in the local community.
The Plano team joined forces with the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, orchestrating a heartwarming initiative to ensure that children and families facing hardship experienced the joy and warmth of the holiday season through gifts and essentials.
The unwavering dedication of each team member serves as a shining example of the core values that define Beacon Pointe. With each act of service, whether organizing a charity event or lending a helping hand to those in need, we reaffirm our commitment to making a meaningful difference in our local communities. Together, we stand as a beacon of hope, demonstrating that even the smallest gestures of kindness can spark profound change and create ripple effects of positivity.
About the Beacon Pointe F.A.C.E.S.
Be Family
We live by the golden rule of treating those the way we would like to be treated. We see ourselves as a work family, mentoring those new to the company and learning from our peers. We embrace the communities we live within and strive to make a positive impact.
Be Ambitious
With a culture of transparency and accountability, we enable our employees to be evaluated on their contribution to their team and the firm as they blaze their own trails of career development.
Be Collaborative
Beacon Pointe has a team-centric mentality, challenging each other to personally thrive and excel while being supportive when a colleague is in need of assistance or there is an opportunity to join forces on a project.
Be Entrepreneurial
From every viewpoint, we value creativity and innovation. Our business is built on consistently challenging the norm and finding a better way to approach what we currently do. We encourage individuals to take initiative, think outside of the box through idea sharing, and formulate solutions that can have a direct positive impact on the company, employees, and the clients we serve.
Be of Service
Lastly but most importantly, we are about service to our clients, to our team, and to the community in which we live. Each year, we give a paid day of work to each team member to spend their time volunteering for a local 501(c)(3) non-profit, and many in our firm serve on boards or in other volunteer capacities within our nonprofit community.
