Jeffrey Mantoani
Director of Operations
Jeffrey (Jeff) serves as the Director of Operations for the Beacon Pointe Carlsbad office and is responsible for managing the operational and financial functions of the office. With two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff has held various roles as a director and vice president of customer service for a major broker/dealer before transitioning to the role of Director of Operations and Compliance at Duncan Financial Advisors (which joined Beacon Pointe in 2022). Jeff is originally from the Bay Area, and an avid fan of Bay Area sports. He currently resides in Point Loma with his wife and son. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys the outdoors, cooking, golfing, and spending time with his family.
