Introducing HerWorth™, a Women & Wealth Survey
HerWorth™ is a Women & Wealth Survey designed to collect real data on how women actually manage, delegate, and coordinate their finances. Women who complete the survey are helping to create a clearer picture of what women really need in their financial lives and reshape the way financial advice is built for them, with Beacon Pointe Advisors (“Beacon Pointe”) at the helm.
Why is this survey important?
Women’s financial realities are changing. The goal of this survey is to gain a deeper understanding of women’s thoughts on their finances, specifically how women manage, carry, and experience the mental load of money, encompassing planning and saving, as well as coordinating and caring for others.
Women do invisible ‘money work’ daily. From investing to future planning, more and more women are managing their financial assets.
At Beacon Pointe, we want to better understand that emotional and mental load, how it shapes financial confidence and decision-making, and what women truly want and need from their advisors today. Through HerWorth™, we aim to help spark important conversations and contribute to meaningful progress across our industry. Most importantly, what we learn will help us continue serving our clients with the care, empathy, and thoughtfulness that define our firm.
Why should women take this survey?
Women deserve advice built around real lives. This quick five-minute survey aims to uncover what is unknown about women and financial planning, such as the time it takes, the stress it creates, and what women wish were different. These insights will help the wealth management industry to better understand and provide relevant services to and for women.
With one of the largest generational wealth transfers in history on the horizon, as analyzed by Bank of America, understanding how women engage with, plan for, and influence financial decision-making has never been more important. Most financial research still overlooks how women actually manage their money – the competing demands, time pressures, and emotional load that come with coordinating every part of their financial lives.
By taking this short survey, you’ll help create a clearer picture of what women really need in their financial lives and reshape the way financial advice is built for them.
