Alan Alderfer, CFP®
Partner, Managing Director
Alan is a Partner and Managing Director for the Beacon Pointe Warsaw, Indiana, office. With over 30 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning, Alan brings a deep commitment to understanding the unique needs of each client through thoughtful, strategic conversations. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and provides tailored guidance for individuals, families, and organizations seeking to secure and strengthen their financial futures. Alan began his career founding Alderfer Bergen & Co., which joined Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2025. Throughout his tenure, he has been recognized for his ability to build trusted relationships while crafting solutions rooted in financial wellness and long-term success. His approach is driven by a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he serves.
Deeply embedded in the Warsaw community, Alan is a Co-Founder of the Kosciusko County Riley Kids Fund and serves as host of the annual Riley Radio Days fundraiser, supporting families facing financial hardship related to pediatric medical care. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital and holds board positions with Kosciusko County Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Merit Board, and the Catholic Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana. A lifelong resident of Warsaw, Alan and his wife, Kristine, are raising twin daughters, Carolina and Katherine. He finds fulfillment in being present for his family and community and brings this same passion for stewardship and positive impact to every client relationship he builds.
Jason Gergely, CFP®, CRPC®
Partner, Managing Director
Jason is a Partner and Managing Director in the Beacon Pointe Warsaw, Indiana office. With a strong foundation in financial planning and a passion for service, Jason works closely with business owners, young professionals, and pre-retirees to craft comprehensive financial strategies that align with their long-term goals. He has been a part of the Alderfer Bergen & Co. team since 2014, which joined Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2025, bringing deep knowledge in Social Security planning, employee benefits, and small business retirement plans. Known for his sincere, client-first approach, Jason has a reputation for offering grounded guidance and steadfast support to those he serves. Jason earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation in 2018 and holds bachelor’s degrees in both Marketing and Broadcast Journalism from Butler University.
Jason is a dedicated community advocate, having served as President of the Board for CASA, and is actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club. He and his wife, Lindsay, currently reside in Warsaw, IN and are raising their four daughters, Scarlett, Calla, Maren, and Greta. Outside of the office, Jason enjoys time on the lake, cooking, sampling new food, and connecting with friends and family.
Michael Bergen, CIMA®
Partner, Managing Director
Michael (Mike) is a Partner and Managing Director for the Beacon Pointe Warsaw, Indiana, office. With a strong background in investment management, Mike specializes in building customized portfolios tailored to the unique goals of individuals, families, and organizations. Mike began his career with Alderfer Bergen & Co., which joined Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2025, bringing his deep knowledge and strategic insight into portfolio construction to the broader Beacon Pointe team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University and serves on multiple nonprofit boards in an advisory capacity. A lifelong resident of Warsaw, Mike and his wife, Casey, are proud to be raising their four sons, Nick, Alex, Ben, and Will, with a strong commitment to community involvement. As Co-Founder of the KC Riley Kids Fund, he is passionate about giving back and advocating for underserved populations. Mike brings the same spirit of stewardship to his personal and professional life, guided by a deep sense of gratitude and responsibility to contribute meaningfully to his clients and community.

Parker Stewart, MBA
Associate Wealth Advisor
Parker is an Associate Wealth Advisor in our Beacon Pointe Warsaw, IN office and is responsible for partnering with Beacon Pointe’s investment and financial planning teams to provide the firm’s clients with a personalized wealth management experience. His duties include investment strategy implementation, asset allocation modeling, portfolio performance reporting, and client services. Parker began his career in 2022 as an intern with Alderfer Bergen & Co., which joined Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2025, and later transitioned into a full-time role as a Planning Assistant. Parker earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU), and is currently pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation. As a Warsaw native, Parker enjoys spending time with family on a boat at Winona Lake and golfing with friends. He recently got married in July 2023 to the love of his life, Kailyn, and they reside in Warsaw, Indiana. In their free time, they enjoy trying new coffee shops and taking walks with their dog, Wesley.
Will Day, CFP®, ChFC®
Partner, Senior Wealth Advisor
Will is a Wealth Advisor in the Beacon Pointe Warsaw, Indiana office and specializes in crafting holistic financial and retirement plans tailored to the unique goals of individuals and families. As both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional and a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), he brings a disciplined and personalized approach to wealth management, with experience spanning financial planning, retirement strategies, debt management, and long-term wealth building. Will began his career at Alderfer Bergen & Co. in 2019, which joined Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2025, and he is known for his thoughtful planning style and dependable “got-your-back” mindset. His clients value the trust and care he brings to every relationship, qualities rooted in his deep commitment to community and family. A native of Macy, Indiana, Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging from Indiana University. He later transitioned into the financial services industry in 2016, driven by a desire to serve his hometown and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives through financial empowerment. Will is also actively involved in his community, serving on the Rochester Downtown Partnership Board. He is also a graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy (Class of 2020) and the Fulton County Leadership Academy (Class of 2022). Will resides in Rochester with his wife, Katie, and their three sons, Howie, Liam, and Arden. Outside of the office, he enjoys coaching youth sports, board games and puzzles with his family, catching movies, and cheering on the Notre Dame and Chicago Cubs.

Julie Hagan
Senior Client Service Associate
Julie is a Senior Client Service Associate in the Beacon Pointe Warsaw, Indiana office, and plays an integral role in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing service requests and processing them with efficiency and care. Julie is often the first friendly face that clients encounter, and her welcoming demeanor sets a positive tone for each interaction. Her approachable style, strong attention to detail, and sincere commitment to problem-solving exemplify the high-touch service the Beacon Pointe team strives to live by every day. A lifelong resident of Warsaw, Julie brings a spirit of gratitude and community to both her personal and professional life. She and her husband, Bryan, are raising their three children, Cayden, Lola, and Anna. Whether enjoying cookouts or everyday moments, Julie believes in teaching her children the importance of kinship and connection.
Maggie Gayton
Executive Assistant
Maggie is an Executive Assistant supporting the Beacon Pointe Warsaw, Indiana office virtually from her home in New Port Rochey, Florida. With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction, Maggie plays a key role in coordinating advisor schedules and delivering a seamless service experience. Known for her warmth and charisma, she brings a thoughtful and enthusiastic approach to every client interaction, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the highest level of care. Maggie began her tenure with Alderfer Bergen & Co. in 2021, which joined Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2025. Originally from Goshen, Indiana, Maggie maintains strong family ties to the Warsaw area while embracing life on Florida’s Gulf Coast with her husband, Billy. Together, they enjoy staying closely connected to their two adult children, Nick and Sadie. Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys kayaking, riding roller coasters, shopping, soaking up time by the beach, and being followed around the house by Hershey, her Lhasa Poo.
Olivia Alderfer
Client Service Associate
Olivia is a Client Service Associate in the Beacon Pointe Warsaw, Indiana office and is responsible for facilitating all aspects of client service and operational support, ensuring that client needs are addressed with care, efficiency, and precision. Olivia brings over seven years of administrative and accounting experience from her time at Penguin Point headquarters in Warsaw, Indiana, where she served as an Accounting Clerk. She later served as a Client Service Specialist at Alderfer Bergen & Co., which was acquired by Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2025. Olivia holds an associate degree in Applied Science in Legal Administration from International Business College, and her professional approach is grounded in compassion and a sincere commitment to helping clients pursue their long-term financial goals. A resident of Winona Lake, Olivia and her husband, Ryan, enjoy raising their two children, Rosalee and Brady, along with their three dogs, Rudy, Rockne, and Dusty. Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys coaching cheerleading for the Warsaw Tigers, family cookouts, beach vacations, and Notre Dame games.
Sara Boyd
Senior Executive Assistant
Sara is a Senior Executive Assistant for the Beacon Pointe Warsaw, Indiana office, bringing over a decade of client service and operations experience to the team. She previously served as a Client Relationship Specialist with Alderfer Bergen & Co., prior to its acquisition by Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2025. With exceptional organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail, Sara manages advisors’ calendars and maintains client data with accuracy and care. Known for her warm and personable nature, Sara has a unique ability to remember the details that matter most to clients, making her a trusted resource for both colleagues and the clients Beacon Pointe serves. She is an alumna of Indiana University and a lifelong Hoosier, having grown up in Syracuse, Indiana. Outside of the office, Sara enjoys relaxing weekends at Dewart Lake with family and friends. She and her husband, Paul, love to travel and explore new destinations. At home, they spend their time watching sports, reading, tending to their flower garden, and enjoying the company of their pets.
