Lisa is an Office Management Associate in the Beacon Pointe Warsaw, Indiana office. She is the welcoming face and voice of the office, often the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members alike. With a strong commitment to professionalism and clear communication, she ensures every interaction is handled with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail. In this role, she provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. From greeting clients to assisting staff and managing day-to-day communications, she plays a key role in keeping the office organized and running seamlessly. She also serves as a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. Lisa served three years as a Marketing Coordinator at Alderfer Bergen & Co., which was acquired by Beacon Pointe Advisors in 2025. With over 30 years of experience in marketing and graphic design across a range of industries, she brings a creative perspective and strong attention to detail to her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys life on her small-acre farm, where she cares for her three miniature horses and three cats. A homebody at heart, she also enjoys spending time outdoors, painting, and baking.
