Kelsey Winters
Operations Associate
Kelsey is an Operations Associate in the Beacon Pointe Falls Church, VA office. Kelsey works closely with the team to support client services and portfolio management. Kelsey graduated from Christopher Newport University (CNU) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in financial analysis. During her time at CNU, she was a decorated member of the women’s lacrosse team, earning All-American honors and setting NCAA records. She later joined Hemington Wealth Management, which joined Beacon Pointe in 2025, as an Associate Advisor. Outside of the office, Kelsey enjoys an active lifestyle, coaching lacrosse, and volunteering with youth developmental agriculture organizations.
