Kim is a Managing Director in the Beacon Pointe Flint, MI office. She ensures excellence across all aspects of client service and business operations, bringing a thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach to supporting clients and the advisory team. Prior to Stephens Wealth Management Group joining Beacon Pointe in 2025, Kim served as COO at SWMG. Prior to SWMG, Kim spent nearly two decades in management consulting, serving as Vice President responsible for developing and overseeing an organizational performance business line for federal and commercial clients. Earlier in her career, she owned a small business and served as COO for a Tier II automotive supplier. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, as well as an Organization Development and Change Management Certificate from Georgetown University. Originally from the Plymouth-Canton area and now residing in Milford, Kim enjoys traveling, spending time with family and her Bernedoodles, Cooper and Theodore, and playing pickleball.
