Frank is a Senior Wealth Advisor in the Beacon Pointe San Diego, CA office, bringing extensive experience in guiding clients through asset and risk management, estate planning, and retirement income strategies. He collaborates closely with attorneys and tax professionals to ensure clients’ financial plans are implemented with precision and is committed to delivering an academically rigorous approach to wealth management. Prior to joining Sensible Financial Planning in 2012 (which was acquired by Beacon Pointe in 2025), Frank served as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Frank earned his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a J.D. in Business and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. He is both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder. Outside of the office, Frank enjoys classical music as a trained singer, traveling internationally, and playing tennis. He also volunteers with Free Flight, a non-profit exotic bird sanctuary in Del Mar, CA.
