Erica is an Executive Assistant in the Beacon Pointe Waltham, MA office. She works closely with the advisory team, supporting client meetings, coordinating schedules, managing travel arrangements, and overseeing essential administrative tasks. With more than a decade of experience as an executive assistant, including her previous roles at Bain & Company and Sensible Financial Planning (which joined Beacon Pointe in 2025), Erica brings strong organizational expertise and a collaborative approach to supporting both clients and colleagues. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University. A Massachusetts native, Erica resides with her husband, Ryan, and daughter, Juliette. Outside of the office, she enjoys weekends on Cape Cod, frequent family dinners, and is known for planning gatherings that bring her colleagues together.
