Basia is the Manager of Service and Operations for the Beacon Pointe Indianapolis office. She brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise spanning client service, billing, training, onboarding, operations, research, and technology. In her role, Basia oversees daily office operations and implements firm policies and procedures, working closely with the client service and operations teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience. Outside of the office, Basia enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, cooking, reading, hiking, and exploring new travel destinations.
