Michael Dunn is a Senior Wealth Advisor within Beacon Pointe’s Portola Valley office and is responsible for coordinating with Beacon Pointe’s investment and financial planning teams to provide customized solutions that help clients meet their financial and legacy goals. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michael has extensive knowledge of investments, insurance, tax, estate, and retirement planning. Michael began his career at Fidelity and Schwab before transitioning to a role at Robertson Stephens for ten years. He then served as a partner at both Elijah Asset Management and eventually Dalton Greiner Hartman & Maher. Prior to Beacon Pointe, Michael was a partner at Bennicas & Associates (which joined Beacon Pointe in 2023). Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
