Office Manager
Gena is the Office Manager for the Beacon Pointe Akron, OH office. With more than a decade of experience in administrative operations across healthcare, finance, and client service, Gena brings a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a client-first mindset to every aspect of her work. She joined Jentner Wealth Management in 2022 as an administrative assistant, which merged with Beacon Pointe in 2025. Gena earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP)™ designation in 2025, expanding her knowledge in financial planning and deepening her ability to support both clients and advisors. She is also a commissioned Notary Public for the State of Ohio. Outside of the office, Gena enjoys spending time with her family and getting lost in a good audiobook.
