Nia is a Client Service Associate in the Beacon Pointe Bethesda, Maryland office, where she supports clients and advisors by managing the complexities of account administration, documentation, and day-to-day service needs. With a commitment to excellence and a client-first mindset, Nia ensures that individuals and families receive seamless support as they pursue their long-term financial goals. Nia began her career with The Family Firm, which joined Beacon Pointe in 2025, providing organizational and administrative support to both clients and her team. She completed the Financial Advisory Client Service Certificate (FACSC) Program, strengthening her knowledge in client relations and office management. Nia holds an Associate of Arts degree from Montgomery College and a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Outside of the office, Nia enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her two cats. She loves going on walks, reading, playing video games, building Legos, and exploring various crafts.
