Philip is a Partner and Managing Director for the Beacon Pointe Stoneham office. With more than two decades of experience in financial planning and investment management, Philip works closely with individuals and families to navigate life transitions and pursue their long-term financial goals. He values the personal nature of the planning process and the opportunity to provide thoughtful, fiduciary guidance tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the 2026 acquisition of Financially in Tune, Philip built his career working directly with clients after beginning his professional path as a congressional aide and later in the healthcare industry. Philip earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kalamazoo College, completed the Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University, and has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) professional since 2004. His financial insights have been featured as a selected financial planner in the Boston Globe’s prior “Money Makeover” series. He has also dedicated time to several nonprofit organizations, including serving as Treasurer for the Clifton Improvement Area, an organization focused on preserving Beach Bluff Park and the natural environment in Swampscott and Marblehead.

Originally from New York’s mid-Hudson Valley, Philip now resides in Marblehead, MA, with his wife, having successfully “launched” their three grown children. Outside of the office, Philip enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling, and supporting the arts. He is also an avid beekeeper and has completed hiking all 48 of New Hampshire’s 4,000+-foot peaks.
