Rachel is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and supports executive-level initiatives with exceptional organization and operational efficiency. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, Rachel continually seeks opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen communication, and enhance workflow. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with a minor in English from Chapman University. In addition to working at Beacon Pointe, Rachel is a long-standing performer at Disneyland, where she has spent nearly seven years contributing to one of the world’s most recognized entertainment environments. A dedicated creative, Rachel enjoys spending her free time immersed in the arts—reading, writing, crafting, and performing.
