Karen Zorn is a Reporting Associate at Beacon Pointe, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to Beacon Pointe’s internal teams. In her role, she focuses on enhancing data visibility and accuracy while ensuring a best-in-class service experience across the firm. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Karen spent over two decades in the mortgage industry, working in both mortgage operations and mortgage sales. Her diverse experience enabled her to assist numerous families — including many in her Spanish-speaking community — in achieving homeownership. After many successful years in the mortgage field, Karen transitioned to wealth management, where she continues expanding her analytical and financial expertise. She began her studies to become a Certified Financial Planner at William Paterson University and remains committed to professional growth within the industry. When not at work, Karen devotes her time to her daughter, Juliette, who keeps her busy with her art, piano, and Mandarin lessons. Karen also enjoys traveling back to her home country, the Dominican Republic, or visiting other warm destinations to relax on the beach with her daughter, her brother Richard, and her parents.
