Joyce is a Senior Estate Strategist at Beacon Pointe and is responsible for helping individuals and families with planning strategies to efficiently utilize, preserve, and transfer wealth based on their goals and objectives. Joyce focuses on developing creative and comprehensive strategies to assist ultra-high-net-worth clients with their complex planning needs.

Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Joyce was Managing Director and Senior Wealth Strategist at UBS Financial Services Inc., assisting ultra-high-net-worth families in coordinating their estate planning, philanthropic, and family governance goals. Previously, she practiced as a Trusts and Estates Attorney, specializing in estate and gift tax strategies. Joyce has worked extensively in family governance and wealth preservation, assisting families across multiple generations. She also practiced with at Barnes & Karish, P.C. and Fox & Associates, LLP in Texas.

Joyce earned her B.S. from Texas Christian University and her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. She resides in the Houston area with her husband and enjoys spending time with her four adult children and their growing families.
