Jessica Hilgendorf
Director of Advisor Recruiting
As the Director of Advisor Recruiting, Jessica oversees Beacon Pointe’s recruitment strategy and coordinates advisor hiring efforts across the firm’s 70+ offices. She works closely with Beacon Pointe leadership to drive organic growth by building scalable practices for identifying, attracting, and transitioning experienced advisors to the firm’s platform. Previously, Jessica worked as a Vice President and Recruiting Lead at Citi Private Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Louisiana State University, Shreveport. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys travelling, Pilates, and spending time with friends and family.
