Emily Schurr is an Associate Estate Strategist at Beacon Pointe, supporting clients and families to develop integrated strategies that align estate planning with broader financial and legacy goals. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Emily practiced law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a trusts and estates attorney. She counseled clients, families, and fiduciaries on estate and special needs planning matters, focusing on translating complex legal concepts into practical guidance and fostering collaborative relationships among clients and their advisors.

Emily earned her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Rowan University. She resides in New Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia, where she enjoys spending time with her animals and relaxing at the beach.
