Anca is the Director of Firm Operations at Beacon Pointe, where she leads firm-wide operational strategy and execution in support of a consistent, scalable advisor and client experience. In her role, Anca oversees enterprise operational processes and case management, manages key custodian service relationships, and partners closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication, access controls, and ongoing operational readiness. Anca leads cross‑functional projects aimed at strengthening firm policies, procedures, and platforms, while continuously assessing and improving operational processes from both a user and stakeholder perspective. She is also responsible for documenting and maintaining firm operations processes, supporting team integrations, and coordinating firmwide operational forums and initiatives. In her leadership role, Anca brings a process‑driven, strategic approach to operations, drawing on two decades of experience in financial services to help advance the firm’s long‑term growth and efficiency. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
