Theresa is a Transition Manager in the Beacon Pointe Larkspur, CA office. She specializes in optimizing operational systems and business technologies to support a seamless client and advisor experience, bringing decades of firmwide insight and a solutions-driven approach to her role. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe through the 2025 acquisition of Litman Gregory Wealth Management, Theresa held various roles within the firm since starting her career there in 1995, including Office Assistant, Client Service Manager, Business Analyst, and Manager of the Project Management team. She assumed her most recent leadership role in 2021. Theresa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Mary’s College of California. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her kids at their sporting events, and attending movies, concerts, and professional games.
