Liam Powell is a Wealth Advisor with over 15 years of experience helping clients create and preserve wealth for themselves, their families, and their businesses. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Liam began his career in the financial services industry in 2011 at an Ameriprise Private Wealth Advisor franchise, eventually becoming a junior partner. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, he worked as a wealth advisor at Stonegate Capital Advisors and has developed an expertise in qualified retirement plans. Liam attended Virginia Tech University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Applied Economic Management and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®). In addition to his work in finance, Liam has a passion for heart-centered work and community care. He is a yoga teacher and coach, and he actively volunteers and supports a number of non-profit causes.
