Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join the Beacon Pointe Advisors Marketing Department as a Marketing Associate. The associate will join a highly talented, collaborative, fast-paced team of marketing professionals and work across a diverse range of marketing channels and platforms. Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing, including but not limited to:
  • Social Media
    • Profile and advisor brand management
    • Content development and posting activity
    • Ad campaign design support
    • Analytics and reporting
  • Email Marketing
    • Contact records and CRM segmentation list maintenance and management
    • Content creation and email design support
• Content calendar oversight, management, and execution
• Marketing material maintenance and oversight
• New Employee Onboarding Marketing Elements and Training
• Ad-hoc administrative marketing duties and tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Ad Designs
  • OFT Email Creations
  • Event Invitations
  • Virtual Event Support
  • Marketing Design Reviews
  • Fielding Q&A from Regional Offices and Teams
  • Website Updates
• Participation in team meetings and collaboration with Marketing Department team members on projects and other firmwide initiatives

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.) is a must
• Experience with digital marketing technologies such as HootSuite, Hubspot, WordPress, and Salesforce CRM is highly desired
• Experience with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ad platforms is highly desired
• Proficiency in filming and content editing programs (Final Cut Pro, iMovie, GarageBand, etc.) is desired
• Undergraduate degree required (Business, Marketing or Communications degree is preferred)
• Ability to multi-task with a strong commitment to detail; excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000
