Information Technology – Strategic Partnerships Manager | Remote 

Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join Beacon Pointe as a Manager, overseeing the Strategic Partnerships team within the Information Technology department, in one of our office locations or in a fully remote capacity. The candidate will be responsible for a wide range of project management responsibilities, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.

The candidate will have a demonstrated track record of both educational and professional achievements; with a commitment and passion for delivering exceptional service to the firm’s growing user base. The candidate will join a highly talented team of wealth management and client service professionals responsible for delivering superior service to sophisticated, high net worth individuals and large complex institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, & grow partnerships with the firm’s vendors and strategic technology partners.
  • Manage the firm’s vendor contracts, while negotiating pricing and terms as required.
  • Assist with gathering documentation from vendors for annual due diligence.
  • Oversee complex firmwide technology projects that may involve coordinating with multiple vendors & departments.
  • Manage strategic prioritization meetings & help steer internal system development.
  • Oversee gathering & documenting business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required (bachelor’s degree or higher in management or communications preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in vendor management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
    • Prefer experience managing complex technology projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written skills.
    • Ability to work with all levels of the company and management.
    • Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms.
  • Strong problem solving and analytic skills.
  • Strong commitment to detail with excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to compile and organize findings before presenting them to management.
  • Easily adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
