Billing Specialist | Scottsdale, AZ / Remote
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join Beacon Pointe Advisors as a Billing Specialist. Selected candidate will join a highly talented team of professionals, and work across a diverse range of billing and accounting related responsibilities for multiple offices. The position will report directly to the Accounting Manager and collaborate with other department members in support of operations teams in various locations.
- Compile Billing Data, Client Billing, Apply Cash Receipts, Create Accounting Entries, Billing Reconciliation, and Reporting
- Follow documented SOPs
- Collaborate with multiple offices to support the billing process
- Maintain Billing System integrity and accuracy
- Adhere to firm policies regarding client confidentiality
- Partner with internal stakeholders on initiatives designed to streamline policies and procedures
- Minimum 2 years of billing experience
- Financial services industry preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ® products. Intermediate MS Excel skills required
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and team-centered environment
