Kimberly is a Managing Director in the Beacon Pointe Flint, MI office, and ensures excellence across all aspects of client service and business operations, bringing a thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach to supporting clients and the advisory team. Prior to Stephens Wealth Management Group joining Beacon Pointe in 2025, Kim spent nearly two decades in management consulting, serving as Vice President responsible for developing and overseeing an organizational performance business line for federal and commercial clients. Earlier in her career, she owned a small business and served as COO for a Tier II automotive supplier. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, as well as an Organization Development and Change Management Certificate from Georgetown University. Passionate about community engagement, she serves as Board Chair for the Carl’s Family Y Board of Advisors and founded the annual Pickleball Y’all tournament in support of the Huron Valley Community. Originally from the Plymouth-Canton area and now residing in Milford, Kim enjoys traveling, attending her sons’ soccer and rowing events, and spending time with her Bernedoodles, Cooper and Theodore.
