Natalie is the Office Manager for the Beacon Pointe Amherst office, where she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in social work, she brings empathy, organization, and strong communication skills to every aspect of her role, from scheduling and event planning to day-to-day operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Saint Michael’s College and an MSW from Springfield College.
