Johnathan is an Insurance Operations Specialist at Beacon Pointe, where he supports advisors and clients by ensuring insurance-related processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with the firm’s high ethical standards. He earned his associate’s degree in liberal arts from Springfield Technical Community College, with a concentration in history, while working full-time and part-time. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Johnathan served as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo and spent over a decade at MassMutual Life Insurance Company in various insurance operations roles. His experience includes resolution services and quality control, in which he conducted audits of annuity post-issue, life claims, and payment services. In addition, he brings over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, which helped shape his service-driven mindset and commitment to personalizing every client interaction. Originally from New England, Johnathan relocated to Charleston, South Carolina three years ago. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their dogs, supporting initiatives focused on sustainable and resilient communities, and appreciating coastal conservation. He is an avid NFL fan, enjoys searching Charleston’s beaches for shark teeth, and visits Universal Studios Orlando whenever possible in pursuit of his next great thrill ride.
