James is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Beacon Pointe Advisors. Through holistic, personalized planning and investment management, James develops customized strategies to help individuals and families meet their financial life and legacy goals. James began his career in Geneva, Switzerland and he then spent the ensuing 25 years managing assets for institutional and individual clients. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, he followed his passion of helping individuals and families meet their financial aspirations at Rainier Financial Group. James received his B.A. from Brown University while competing for the football team. James is a CFA Charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ (CFP®). He is also a member of and a past president of the CFA Society Seattle and serves on the board of Friends of Athletic Fields. In his spare time, James enjoys being active outdoors, playing sports, and spending time with his wife and three boys.
